Sea urchins

From the stunning Adriatic coast, part of the municipality of Melendugno, the unique taste of the sea urchin can be tried.

The sea urchins are the base for many recipes, especially in the villages on the sea, like Torre dell’Orso and San Foca. The must try recipe in the restaurant of the area are the spaghetti with sea urchins.

The sea urchins can be eaten even alone, perhaps drinking a good glass of rosé.
