During the summer, “Sagra delle Quattro stagioni” (the festival of the four seasons) takes place on the Adriatic coast, in Torre dell’Orso, part of the municipality of Melendugno. The festival in this charming location is organised from the association Sybar Città, in collaboration with the municipality of Melendugno.

The offer from the gastronomic stalls combines fish, vegetables and meat in unique dishes according to traditional recipes and sometimes with some innovative intuitions. The culinary experience begins with starters with the tasty “pittule” (fried dough) and “parmigiana di melanzane” to continue with handmade pasta and roasted meat. To complete the meal, pastries and cakes are offered along with fresh fruits.

C’è spazio anche per i manicaretti di pasticceria e tanta frutta di stagione. Ad allietare le degustazioni nell’area mercatale di Torre dell’Orso, ci sono spettacoli e concerti di musica popolare salentina per scatenarsi al ritmo della “pizzica”.
