The devotion of the town of Lizzanello to the Virgin is showed from the church built in the 16th century from the Count Francesco Paladini.
During March, every year, the small church becomes the location for the celebration of the Virgin. Along with the religious rituals and celebrations, a large fair takes place in the town, attracting visitors from the surrounding area.
