Cibarti is a unique occasion to taste all the local products of Puglia, along with the ones from other regions, in a magical frame: Sant’Oronzo square. The event has its heart in the main square but it makes alive the entire historical centre
Several stands offer every kind of gastronomic specialities, from bakery products, such as “frise”, “tarallini” and bread to very tasty street food, like “rustici”, “calzoni”, “arancini” from Sicily, homemade chocolate and cold cut meat from Norcia.
Anche le bevande hanno ampio spazio, con liquori e marmellate biologici e birre artigianali da degustare all’ombra della colonna di Sant’Oronzo.
