The event “Pesce&sound” (fish&sound) takes place in the village of San Foca, municipality of Melendugno, with the aim to merge the taste of good dishes with quality music.
Fresh fish is cooked according with traditional recipes of the region, as well as with experimental methods, and served to the participants.
Food tasting is coupled with concerts, from reggae to popular music, the traditional “pizzica” from Salento, to dance under the starry sky.
