“Rosso di sera” is the name of a festival organised, during the summer, in Monteroni. The festival is entirely dedicated to the wine tasting. All the producers from the area are involved in this initiative and it is possible to taste different kinds of local wines. The wine offered is coupled with traditional dishes from the Salento cuisine. The taste is not the only sense to be satisfied, indeed, these evenings offer as well some good quality concerts. The festival is organised from the association Tandem, as an occasion to promote the wines of the area, and it takes place in the second half of August.
