Sapori e prelibatezze in piazza per deliziare turisti e cittadini con specialità gastronomiche di Puglia, insieme ai prodotti tipici di altre regioni italiane. Cibarti è una manifestazione dedicata ai piaceri della tavola, che anima il centro di Lecce e, in particolare, l’ampia piazza Sant’Oronzo.
Gli stand enogastronomici propongono al pubblico squisitezze per tutti i gusti, dai prodotti da forno come “frise”, tarallini e pane, ai dolciumi, dal miele agli appetitosi street food. Oltre alla rosticceria tipica salentina, in cui la fanno da padrone rustici e ai calzoni, si possono assaggiare anche arancini siciliani, salumi di Norcia e cioccolato artigianale.
Anche le bevande hanno ampio spazio, con liquori e marmellate biologici e birre artigianali da degustare all’ombra della colonna di Sant’Oronzo.
