Games in the old times did not require any expensive equipment like today. The game of “lippa” was a way to spend a fun time with friends.
It is commonly believed that this game originated in the 15th century but it is still popular today among the athletes all over the world.
For this game, two wood sticks of different height are used. On the ground is drawn a circle and an oval where the shortest stick is placed. Using the longer stick, the players have to throw the short stick the furthest possible. This game can be played individually or in teams.

Pare che questo gioco abbia delle origini molto antiche, da far risalire al XV secolo, ma ancora oggi viene praticato da appassionati e sportivi di tutto il mondo.
Per il gioco della “lippa” occorrono due pezzi di legno, uno più lungo dell’altro. A terra si disegnano un cerchio e un ovale dove si posiziona il pezzo più piccolo, che i giocatori devono colpire con il legno grande cercando di farlo saltare il più lontano possibile. Si può giocare individualmente o formando delle squadre.
