La buona cucina è protagonista delle serate di festa, con il pesce fresco appena pescato dalle acque dell’Adriatico preparato secondo ottime ricette tradizionali o al centro di prelibate sperimentazioni culinarie.
Al gusto si aggiunge la musica, che accompagna gli assaggi con una serie di concerti che abbracciano diversi generi, dal reggae alla musica popolare del Salento con la “pizzica” da ballare sotto le stelle.
