È la '''grande festa cittadina''' che veste di luci e colori il centro storico facendo rivivere una tradizione secolare. La Festa di Sant’Oronzo, San Giusto e San Fortunato celebra il santo patrono di Lecce con i due compatroni.

Nei giorni 24, 25 e 26 agosto la città si trasfigura sotto le trine di '''luminarie''', che incorniciano i '''festeggiamenti religiosi''' e le '''iniziative civili'''. Il culmine del pathos coincide certamente con la processione con cui i fedeli accompagnano le statue del patrono e dei compatroni a benedire le vie del centro storico.

Centinaia di bancarelle si dispongono tra il Castello Carlo V e piazza Sant’Oronzo proponendo '''mercanzie e leccornie''' d’ogni tipo, mentre il Duomo è il fulcro dei riti sacri. Anche la periferia cittadina è coinvolta nei festeggiamenti, ospitando il '''luna park''' e il seguitissimo '''spettacolo pirotecnico''' conclusivo.
