Cibarti is a unique occasion to taste all the local products of Puglia, along with the ones from other regions, in a magical frame: Sant’Oronzo square. The event has its heart in the main square but it makes alive the entire historical centre
Several stands offer every kind of gastronomic specialities, from bakery products, such as “frise”, “tarallini” and bread to very tasty street food, like “rustici”, “calzoni”, “arancini” from Sicily, homemade chocolate and cold cut meat from Norcia.
Last but not least, typical and tasty beverages can be coupled with the typical food, from homemade liqueurs to artisanal beers. And, if you look up, you can see the statue of the patron saint, smiling seeing this social event taking place.
